KENMORE, NY – The Kenmore Village Improvement Society (KVIS) will present the 2011 Most Improved Commercial Property Award to Paul Iskalo of Iskalo Development Corporation at their March 12th 7:45 pm meeting at the Village Community Center, 135 Wilbur Avenue. The award recognizes Mr. Iskalo for the construction of the commercial property located at 2780 Delaware Avenue.
Currently, the building is home to Primary Care of Western New York, Benson Surgical Supply, and Catholic Health Laboratory Patient Service Center. “This is the first significant new building development in Kenmore in decades and it’s designed and decorated in a way that is very favorably viewed by Village residents,” says KVIS President, Melissa Foster.
