Last year the KVIS initiated a Kenmore Village Business Survey; the survey
asked Village residents what kind of businesses they would like to see come
to Kenmore and what, if any, they didn’t. The information from the survey
was shared with all WNY Commercial Real Estate Brokers and Agents at the
KVIS Brokers Day event. The information contained in the survey was
enthusiastically received by the Brokers who since then have been using it
to help attract potential new businesses to Kenmore.
This year we are having another survey that will be a bit more detailed and
one from which we hope to collect more survey responses. Please consider
taking the Kenmore Business Survey; this is your opportunity to have your
thoughts, hopes, and wishes regarding the vitality of our business
environment heard. The results of this survey will be shared once more
with all WNY Commercial Real Estate professionals, developers, and others
who will use the information to help bring businesses to Kenmore that have a
chance of long-term success.
