Our Leadership
When KVIS first began, we didn’t have leaders. We started by just dividing into groups that were interested in discussing various parts of Kenmore and Village life. Then as each Committee began to create its work and that work began to develop and grow, it became clear to us that a system of leadership would be needed to help us achieve our goals and accomplish our work. Each Committee then appointed one of its members to act as Committee Coordinator.
We learned quickly that we needed to appoint a KVIS member to act as Liaison to those who have jobs and responsibilities in our community. Our Liaison’s help us to have clear communication between these folks and the KVIS when needed.
